• 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 tablespoons diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon diced red onion
  • ½ teaspoon lemon or lime zest
  • 30gr lemon or lime juice
  • Chili or cayenne pepper as spicy as you enjoy
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt and pepper

We mash the avocados with a fork, we add the lemon juice to maintain the color of the avocados, and then stir gently all the ingredients together. Serve it with fresh coriander or parsley.
