We slice the apples, spray them with olive oil, season them with salt and pepper and bake them for 10’-15’ at 160o, or until they are slightly caramelized
We mix the greens, add salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil.

We beat at the blender juice of 2-3 apples, 1 peeled apple, avocado, olive oil, lime or lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper
