Cashew “milk”

(for 1/2 litre of milk)
  • 80gr cashews
  • 350gr filtered water
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 medjool dates (optional)
  • 5 drops vanilla extract

We soak the cashews in warm water for ½-1 hour, then beat them in the blender until completely smooth.
We don’t need to stain the “milk” since cashews don’t have fibers.
