Traditional hummus

  • 250gr boiled chickpeas
  • 50gr olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 40gr lemon juice
  • 40gr tahini (sesame paste)
  • 50gr stock from the chickpeas
  • Salt & pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin

Beat all the ingredients with a powerful blender until smooth. Serve with olive oil, lemon juice, fresh onion and parsley
